Who Am I?
A folk musician based out of washington d.c. and new york
I think my music draws heavy inspiration from the fact that I am a double major in music and political science. I write a lot of pieces about politics, history, and current events and, while this is a big part of my writing, I have also written plenty of other music about things like life and love that might have broader appeal than just political music. Some artists that really inspire me are Joan Baez, Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan, Phil Ochs, Conor Oberst, and Elliott Smith.
I have a small audience on social media and elsewhere and they are incredibly supportive and I am so grateful for that support.
